What is a cookie?
Cookies are small text files that most websites save in users’ devices, with which users access the internet, with the purpose of recognising individual devices that users have used during access. The saving of these files is under the complete control of the browser used by the user — who may limit or disable the saving of cookies in accordance with his/her preference.
Why are cookies necessary?
